Named for her own daughter, the Victoria Ashlea Originals series is widely prized for sumptuous fabrics, elegant detailing and winsome, hand-painted bisque porcelain faces. Her Dolly Dingle dolls, mischievous cherubs dressed to recall children of the 1920’s, have been an immediate success with connoisseurs. In 1985, Ms. Ball’s Dolly Dingle won one of the first prestigious Doll Of The Year Awards.
